I’m available for one-on-one sessions to address a specific challenge or question you may have. These will be private video chats, using Zoom.

Available topics


Stage 1 assessment. For the person who feels super stuck, and doesn’t understand why they keep ending up back at square one. (See Stage 1.) In this package, I’ll provide a questionnaire for you to complete, then we’ll discuss your results and I’ll give you some pointers on how you might move forward.

Some email conversation, quiz completion, and one 50-minute video session; $55.


I don’t feel like cooking. / I hate to cook. This was me for so many years, so I feel ya! But your cause may be different than mine. Let’s have a conversation about what exactly this means to you, and how you might makes things easier, gain a new perspective, or both. Great for Stage 2 or higher.

One 40-minute session; $35.


Choosing your food boundaries. Great if you’re in Stage 3 and want to figure out a diet you can live with forever. I’m not a dietician, so I can’t prescribe a diet for you, but I can help you figure out what your priorities are, give you some suggestions on solutions to consider, and point you toward relevant resources.

Two forty-minute sessions with some homework in between; $70.


Lunch strategy. Whether you work from home and need to break the cereal-for-lunch habit, or you work away from home and need a plan beyond fast food, I can help. We’ll discuss your specific challenges and likes, and come up with alternatives you can really live with.

One 40-minute session; $35.


Nighttime eating. You stay on track all day, but after dinner… not so much. We’ll have a conversation to help discover what factors might be contributing, and talk through some options to break the cycle.

60- or 90-day check in. Okay, so you started your new diet/lifestyle changes or launched Stage 4 “Go time!” a couple months ago. Yay, you! But now, the newness may be starting to wear off, and you may be tempted to start bending your boundaries. Now is a great time to do a little assessment of what’s working, what isn’t, and why. To tweak your approach to make it more sustainable for you. In this video chat, I’ll walk you through some questions and help you figure out what to do next.

Note: it doesn’t have to be a specific number of days into your plan. Anytime you need to adjust your sails, this is a good chat to have.
