I’m now available for personal sessions to address your specific challenge or question. We’ll have a private video chat, using Zoom.

Available topics
Get-acquainted session. A 15 minute video chat to determine if we’re a good fit. This session doesn’t include any problem solving, but you can assess if you feel comfortable working with me. And I’ll be honest if I feel your question is outside my expertise.
15 minutes; free.
Beginner’s assessment. (Trail 1 or 2) For the person who feels super stuck, and doesn’t understand why they keep ending up back at square one. In this package, I’ll provide a questionnaire for you to complete, then we’ll discuss your results and I’ll give you some pointers on how you might move forward.
Some email conversation, quiz completion, and one 50-minute video session; $55.

Nighttime eating. (Trail 2 or higher) You stay on track all day, but after dinner… not so much. We’ll have a conversation to help discover what factors might be contributing, and talk through some options to break the cycle.

Choosing your food boundaries. (Trail 3) Great when you’re ready to figure out a diet you can live with forever. I’m not a dietitian, so I can’t prescribe a diet for you, but I can help you figure out what your priorities are, give you some suggestions on solutions to consider, and point you toward relevant resources.
Two forty-minute sessions with some homework in between; $70.

I don’t feel like cooking. / I hate to cook. (Trail 3 or 4) This was me for so many years, so I feel ya! But your cause may be different than mine. Let’s have a conversation about what exactly this means to you, and how you might makes things easier, gain a new perspective, or both.

Lunch strategy. (Trail 4 or 5) Whether you work from home and need to break the cereal-for-lunch habit, or you work away from home and need a plan beyond fast food, I can help. We’ll discuss your specific challenges and likes, and come up with alternatives you can really live with.

“The honeymoon is over!” check in. (Trail 5) Okay, so you started your new diet/lifestyle changes a couple months ago or more. Yay, you! But now, the newness is wearing off, and you find yourself tempted to bend your boundaries. Now is a great time to do a little assessment of what’s working, what isn’t, and why. We’ll figure out how to tweak your approach to make it more sustainable for you. In this video chat, I’ll walk you through some questions and help you decide what to do next.
